Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited to use Onsen facilities and spa treatments.
Children aged 1-8 years are not allowed to enter the facilities or used the service.
Individual ages 8 and above can be use the tickets.
The company hold no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, under any circumstances, to the customers personal valuable items or belongings brought to the facility.
